There will be a maximum of 15 children on each course aged between 9-13 years old. The course will be interactive and varied.
The course aims to be practical, reflective, interactive and endeavours to provide your child with practical tools on the following topics:
- Don’t waste time feeling sorry for yourself
- Don’t give away your power
- Focus on things you can control
- Don’t worry about pleasing everyone
- Don’t make the same mistakes over and over
- Don’t give up after the first failure
- Don’t dwell on the past
- The world doesn’t owe us anything
- Don’t expect immediate results
- Positive attitude towards other people’s success
Participants will undertake an ‘pre course survey’ to identify which of the 10 rules are the areas for them to work on and prioritise.
The course is interactive, with an abundance of discussions and sharing of videos
