Terms & Conditions: Etiquette & Emotions

Thank you for your interest in the ‘Etiquette and Emotions’ workshops and classes.

Please read the terms and conditions outlined below.

 

Bookings

  • Once you purchase a workshop, masterclass, or interview session, you will be directed to complete a form with the student’s details. The email address provided will be used to send joining instructions.
  • Booking confirmations are sent within 48 hours of booking.
  • Bookings are per child. If siblings wish to attend, each child must be registered separately. Sibling discounts apply only to children living in the same household.

Refund Policy

  • Refunds are not offered once a workshop, course, or interview session has been booked.
  • Transfers to a future date may be considered at our discretion and subject to availability, and a £30 administration fee will apply.
  • If you do not attend a session (no-show), refunds or exchanges will not be offered.
  • Where possible, a recording of an online session may be provided, subject to the consent of participants.

Interview Sessions

  • If you have booked an interview preparation session, no refunds will be offered once the booking has been made.
  • Transfers to a future date may be considered at our discretion and subject to availability, and a £30 administration fee will apply.
  • Interview reports are typically provided within 72 hours, so please book accordingly.

Multiple Session Courses

  • If a student feels the course is unsuitable after the first online session, please contact us. A pro-rata refund for the remaining sessions may be issued, minus a £30 administration fee.
  • If cancellation occurs after the second session, no refunds or transfers will be offered.

Illness or Technical Issues

  • If a student misses an online workshop due to illness or technical issues, we will endeavour to provide a recording of the session, where possible.

Course Cancellation by Us

If Etiquette & Emotions cancels a workshop or course, you will receive either:

  • a full refund, or
    • a credit note for a future workshop

Online Workshop Conduct

  • For safeguarding and engagement purposes, students must keep their cameras on during online workshops.
  • Students who repeatedly refuse to follow workshop guidelines, turn their camera off, or behave in a disruptive or inappropriate manner may be removed from the workshop without refund.
  • Please ensure the student’s Zoom display name matches the name used during registration.
  • Joining instructions and course materials must not be shared with anyone outside the workshop.

Safeguarding & Behaviour

  • Students are expected to engage respectfully with others. If a student’s behaviour negatively impacts another participant, we reserve the right to terminate their place on the workshop without refund.

Data Protection (GDPR)

  • Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679, we have a legal duty to protect your personal data.
  • By completing a booking form, you consent to us using your information to process bookings and communicate information about our services. You may opt out of communications at any time.
